Enjoyed every detail of my 8-night stay. The room was neat and airy with a mini bar, lounge, and kettle. The continental breakfast offered a wide array of options.

Comfortable hotel with lovely views of harbor in a stunning location. Good-sized and well-equipped rooms with a lounge and a kettle. Location close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars, Salamanca markets and the art centre, the Pier and historic Hobart.

The restaurant nearby offers a quirky eating experience with amazing food. I had wonderful dishes during my stay. The location is incredible, just a 5-minute walk from Drink Co. The main shopping center is right next door.

We had a comfortable one-night stay at Salamanca Terraces. the staff was accommodating, and the views of the harbor were excellent. the rooms are neat and well-equipped with an electric kettle, a fridge, and kitchenware. the location is fantastic, just one mile from a well-known museum. Additionally, the hotel restaurant is a short 3-minute walk away and offers a unique dining experience with delicious food.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the markets, restaurants, and waterfront. The townhouse was spacious and spotlessly clean, with exceptional housekeeping and daily milk replenishment. The receptionist, Jess, was friendly and accommodating, allowing us early check-in. The Laundry Machine Cafe nearby is superb. Free parking, comfortable beds, and great amenities made for an excellent stay. We'll definitely be back.

The appartment could do with double glazing as it can get quite noisy.

The accomodation is extremely convenient to Salamanca Market and the harbour precinct. The 2 bedroom apartment we had appeared new and was very roomy with all the conveniences that a family needs including the kitchen, laundry 2 toilet, 2 small balconys with views of the harbour and free onsite parking. We would definitely stay at Salamanca Terraces again

During our stay at Salamanca Terraces, my friends and I were delighted to find ample parking space for our three cars. The spacious two-bedroom apartment provided us with the perfect getaway, complete with two toilets and a bathroom, which was especially convenient for our group of four women. The central location allowed us to easily explore nearby restaurants, shops, and the market, making it an ideal choice for anyone traveling in a group. I highly recommend Salamanca Terraces for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Friendly efficient staff. Spacious rooms & convenient location. Loved it that mini bar does not have overinflated prices & you have a good range of tassie produce. Good to see Morilla wines in the rooms!
The beds are not very comfortable. I like a firm bed but yours is more hard than firm. Perhaps next time they are due to be replaced, go for something a little softer. I stay in many hotels & most modern hotels have very comfy beds these days. However given the small amount of time I normally spend in them, Its not that big of a deal for me. I am likely to still stay again because of all the other positives. Also There was quite a bit of dust in the heaters which might be a fire hazard perhaps so no idea how but might need cleaning out (room heaters were really warm though!). I hope you don't think I'm being picky but just thought this feedback might help.

Stayed in a serviced self-contained townhouse. Loved the convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry. Also enjoyed browsing the nearby art galleries. Such a great experience.
Because what I really want during my vacation is to do laundry.

It's location close to the Salamanca Markets and the Wedding we attended on the Parliament House Lawns and in the Long Gallery.
We filled out your standard form reporting our thoughts on the accommodation. Basically we thought it was overpriced (Room 305 self contained) considering the units long distance separation from Reception and the Restaurant in relation to the often cold and wet weather of Hobart.. Also the iron hot plate was very dirty and grimy and almost resulted in a disaster with a white shirt. I tried to clean the iron and it left much grime on the ironing board. The top of the back of one wooden meal table chair was damaged and could result in splinters in one's hand. The toilet roll holder was difficult to reach because of being badly positioned. Generally we thought the room design and layout poor for a comparatively new building.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
